Calm down. Normally, videos and photos deleted from a digital camera, no matter you are using a Canon camera or a Sony Camera, are recoverable. Because when you deleted them from your camera, they are not immediately erased from the SD card of your camera, but marked as unreadable. They won’t be really erased until new photos and videos come and overwrite them.
Although you are able to recover deleted video from Canon camera, the success rate is not 100%. Bear in mind the tips below to improve your chances of success:

Step 1. Download and install Window File Recovery on your computer from Microsoft Store and then open it.
Step 2. Open Powershell or Command Prompt (run as administrator). In the Command Prompt, enter commands in the following command format:
winfr source-drive: destination-drive: [/mode] [/switches]
For example, if you need to recover deleted videos from C: drive (the SD card) to D: drive, then the command will be like:
winfr C: D: /n *.mp4
