Help! My Outlook Auto Replies not working
I have a customer who terminated an employee today. They asked me to delete the employee's email address, create an alias for that employee, and forward it to another email box.
I have done this with no problem. The next step was to set up an auto-reply in the mailbox to let senders know to update their address box to reflect the change. But cannot get this to work.
