To transfer contacts from iPhone to Android, you should first export iPhone contacts to your computer as vCard file and then add the contacts to your iPhone.

Step 2. Connect your Android phone to computer > tap Transfer Files when a prompt appears on your device.
Step 3. Go to This PC > find your Android phone > Copy vCard file to the internal storage of your phone.
Step 4. On your Android phone: go to Contacts app > Choose contacts you need > More > Import/Export > Import from storage.
Step 5. Choose the right file and click OK to confirm.

Step 1. Go to https://www.google.com/contacts/ and sign in with your Google account.
Step 2. Click Import Contacts... on the sidebar > Click Select File on the pop-up window.
Step 3. Choose the vCard file you download from iCloud > Click Import to make it.
There are two ways to export contacts from iPhone to Outlook: import vCard file to Outlook & sync with iTunes.
Step 1. Follow Method 2 to export contacts from iPhone as vCard file.
Step 2. Open Outlook on your computer > Go to File > Open & Export.
Step 3. Select Import a vCard file > Click Next and follow the wizard to make it.
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to computer and launch iTunes.
