If you're using macOS Catalina or later, you can use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer.
Step 1. Open a Finder window and connect your device to your computer using a USB cable. Then select the device in the Finder sidebar.
Step 2. Click Music in the button bar.
Step 3. Select the “Sync music onto X's iPhone” checkbox to turn on syncing of your music. With the checkbox selected, syncing is set to transfer all your music to your device.
Step 4. You can choose either to sync "Entire music library" or sync "Selected artists, albums, genres, and playlists".
Step 5. When you’re ready to sync, click Apply.
If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier or a PC, you can use iTunes to sync music to iPhone. Follow the steps below to see how to sync music from iTunes to iPhone.
Step 1. Download the latest version of iTunes on your computer from the Microsoft Store and then open it. Connect the iPhone to the computer using a USB cable.
Step 2. Click the device icon on the left corner of the iTunes screen.
Step 3. Go to Music, select Sync Music, and then choose sync Entire music library. After this, click Apply.
