Before you start to fix the issue, connect your device to a stable and strong Wi-Fi/network, check whether your subscription has expired. If you find the Sync Library works on another iPhone, make sure you have signed in with the same Apple ID.

Directly press the Volume – button and the power button for a few seconds and iPhone would be restarted.

Directly press the Home button and power button to force restart the device.

Solution 4. Update iPhone: If this is a known issue to Apple, they would fix this bug in the next version of iOS so you need to keep iPhone up to date.

To update iOS on iPhone:

Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

To update iOS on PC:

1. Download the latest iTunes and connect iPhone to computer.

3. Click Check Update and then complete the update with the instruction.

Solution 5. Sign out of iCloud: If something is wrong with your iCloud service, you can always try signing out of iCloud and then sign in.

Open Settings app > tap your profile > scroll down the screen > select Sign Out.
