Step 1. Disable BitLocker Encryption

1. Navigate to Control Panel > System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption. You’ll see a list of drives and whether BitLocker is enabled on them.

2. After entering WinRE, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
