Need help with my SSD storage

Hello. I have windows 10 pc. I'm very noob in regards to storage and pc.

My pc boots from my 1TB samsung ssd which is almost full. So I got a new 2TB Lexar SSD and cloned my samsung 1tb to the new lexar 2tb.

I used Macrium Reflect. After cloning, the Lexar is also 1TB and the rest of the 1TB is unallocated space.

I wanted it to be such that I can boot windows from Lexar with old data and still have 1TB left for cache temp etc files so pc would perform better.
Please help me how I can add the 1TB back to the Lexar?

Does Lexar SSD come with cloning software?

Nowadays, more and more users choose to clone HDDs to SDDs, like Lexar SSD and Samsung. We have concluded several benefits from doing it:

Upgrade hard disk for better performance. SSDs offer significantly faster transfer speeds, making them an obvious choice for improvement.
Avoid disk failure. HDDs can easily break or crash if bumped or dropped, unlike SSDs which are more durable because they don't have any moving parts.
Avoid reinstalling Windows and programs. Cloning a hard drive involves creating an identical copy of it, including the operating system, drivers, hidden recovery partition, installed programs, personal data, and more.
