How to fix WhatsApp chats not transferred to new iPhone

Fix 1. Make sure the WhatsApp option is toggled in iCloud

As we know the iPhone transfer WhatsApp via iCloud. There is a WhatsApp option that needs to be enabled in the iCloud setting when you migrate WhatsApp data. Follow the steps below to check if it is enabled.

Step 1. Go to “Settings” on your source iPhone. Tap the Name banner.

Step 2. Select the “iCloud” option.

Step 3. You can view the apps that use iCloud storage. Find the WhatsApp. Make sure the WhatsApp option is toggled.

Step 1. Connect both source and targeted iPhones on computer.
