Why do you clean install Windows 11?

At one point, I faced a unique problem: a Windows tablet refused to upgrade from Windows 10 at the Anniversary Update. To complicate matters, the tablet's only USB port was broken and didn't recognize any USB flash drives. I didn't have any SD cards available, and even if I did, Windows installation can't be booted from an SD card. Moreover, to increase storage space, I removed the factory restore partition and extended the C: drive into that freed space.

To conclude: how can I clean and install Windows 11 without using flash drives like USB?

A clean install involves erasing and formatting the computer's hard drive, allowing for a fresh installation of the operating system. It's like starting anew with a brand-new Windows OS.
