Introduction

AOMEI Backupper for Mac is able to run file sync automatically and periodically at a regular basis to secure your data. There are three sync ways available: basic sync, mirror sync, and two-way sync. For basic sync, mirror sync and two-way sync, you can configure scheduled settings to automatically run file sync at a scheduled time.
AOMEI Backupper provides five schedule sync modes: Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly to synchronize files/folders to other locations.
The usage scenarios of file scheduled sync include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Personal file backup and synchronization: Individuals can use file plan synchronization to back up and synchronize their personal files, ensuring that files are synchronized and securely stored across multiple devices. This includes work documents, photos, music, videos, and other personal files.
2. Cross-team collaboration and sharing: File plan synchronization is a key tool for team collaboration. Team members can use file plan synchronization to share and collaborate on files, ensuring that everyone has access to the latest versions of files, promoting teamwork, and improving work efficiency.
3. Project management: File plan synchronization is valuable for project management. Team members can use file plan synchronization to share project files, and update progress and documents, ensuring coordination and improving project management efficiency.
