AOMEI Backupper email restore is based on AOMEI Backupper email backup. You should already have at least one email image made by AOMEI Backupper (whatever the source email is.
Detailed steps about how to restore a email backup
1. In the left tab page, select “Restore”, then select a backup task or image file to continue.
2. Select Task: all backup tasks are listed. Select an Email Backup Task that want to restore, click “Next” button.

Select Image File: in popup window, browse the drive that saved backup files to select an email backup file, click “Open” button.
3. Select a backup point based on the created time and backup type, and
select-backup-point then Select the email lists in the image file that will be restored.
Then select the email that want to restore followed by the “Next” button to continue.
4. Select the Destination. You need to select the target storage path to store the mailbox files
5. Click “Open” to begin the restore.
6. Click ”Finish” once the process has completed.
Notes:
Each backup will generate an image at a given time allowing multiple time points to be selected.
